Ongoing Support for Students
Starting the week of June 14th, we are offering students the opportunity to earn credit for a core course they failed during first semester. With the help of guidance counselors and teachers, our goal is to help students stay on track for graduation and have access to support outside of the regular school day.
Students in the program will be assigned an Academic Coach who will support them throughout the process. Academic Coaches will be responsible for the following:
Academic Coaches will utilize Google Classroom and resources created by our teachers to help earn the necessary credits. We look forward to partnering with you and working together to motivate and encourage your student to complete his or her work and earn credit. All coursework must be completed by July 2nd in order for students to earn credit.

- Helping students get organized and make a plan to complete coursework
- Keeping track of the students’ progress in order to earn credit for failed 1st semester core courses
- Communicating with families and counselors
